As a BigDot Official Partner, you are expected to follow these basic responsibilities to ensure quality delivery and long-term success.

  • Ensure relevant team members complete BigDot product and sales training.
  • Maintain active BigDot Partner Certification.
  • Assign at least one dedicated point of contact for BigDot customers and projects.
  • Participate in periodic review and alignment calls with the BigDot team.
  • Act as the primary support contact for onboarded customers, with escalation support.
  • Actively represent and sell BigDot products in your approved territory.
